This can happen if the entered product key is not valid for the specific version of the software. To troubleshoot this issue, please check the following:

Your entered product key

Check that the product key you’ve entered to activate SmartAlbums 2 is correct and does not contain any typos or extra characters. If you were subscribed to the All Apps Bundle prior to the release of SmartAlbums 2019, a new product key may also have been generated for you. Ensure that the product key you’re entering matches the product key available in your account. Learn how to access your product key here

Your version of SmartAlbums

Check that the version of SmartAlbums you are activating on your machine is correct. To ensure that the correct version of the software is activated, download the exact version of SmartAlbums that you've purchased. You can do that by using the download link available in your purchase invoice, which is available in your Pixellu Account.
