Album not loading / missing files

If the project file or images have been moved, the links between the two may break and Pixellu SmartAlbums 2 will not display any of the images when you open the project. This can happen if an album project has not been opened for a while or after moving an album project from one computer to another.  You may see something like this:

Solution: Relink missing files

1. In the Image Browser on the bottom, select all images, right-click, and choose Relink Missing Files...

2. Find the folder that contains your missing images on your computer, select the entire folder and press Open.

Note that if your images are not all in one folder, you may need to repeat the process for any other missing images. To see only those images that are missing, choose Missing files from the drop-down on the left-hand side.
